Organizational Scan
The organizational scan is used to get a clear and pinpointed picture of the current state of the organization. It gives insight into the mutual relations of departments, the mutual relations of management and staff and the mutual relations of the organization and its stakeholders.
By using intuition and aura reading techniques the coach can outline core qualities and blind spots, talents and passions and give insights into possible pitfalls on a level that goes beyond your average feedback or behavior profile.
Areas covered
To give a complete picture six areas of interest are used.
Context: How do we make use of the context; where, when and with whom?
Behavior: What are we doing? What dynamics do we use?
Ability: Who can the team be? What are their competences?
Believes: What are our shared believes? What is truly important to us?
Identity: Who are we? What kind of culture do we have?
Spirituality: What is making us tick? What is our goal in live?
