OSO Training uses the Work Satisfaction Wheel to map the client’s level of job and career satisfaction.
("7" = completely satisfied; "1" = completely dissatisfied)
Within each of the following eight areas, the client picks the number that best represents their level of satisfaction. The numbers chosen connecting form a wheel. The rounder the wheel, the more balanced the clients career and life is; how would a car travel if the wheels were in this shape!?
